Heating and ventilation units CONDENS MAX are designed for providing temperature comfort for industrial as well as commercial and other premises even with middle and small size volume such as showrooms, workshops, sport and entertainment buildings, religious objects, shops and warehouses, agricultural constructions, exhibition hall etc. CONDENS MAX are units made for low temperature heating systems, for example condensing boilers or heat pumps.

In addition to ensuring optimal air flow, the heaters are equipped with compact heat exchangers. The distances between the lamellas are smaller, the lamellas are stronger and the number of heating circuits is higher, in order to maximize the delta T effect. Optimum air flow ensures efficient achievement of maximum air temperature when using low water temperature. In this way, we avoid the situation where there is a lot of air flow but with lower air temperature.
All technical parameters of the CONDENS MAX device are verified by the accredited research laboratory ETELAB L1579, which is a member of the EUROVENT association.

Basic elements of hat water heater
- the cover is made of expanded polypropylene EPP
- adjustable air flow using slats
- mounting bracket
- 3-speed axial fan; diameter 450mm, the fan is protected from direct access to the rotating parts thanks to the built-in safety net
- the heat exchanger (Cu/Al) is made of copper tubes located in a ribbed aluminum block with a copper cap with ½ ", ¾" screwing. Outlets are equipped with caps that allow venting and draining of liquid

Installation of heaters
The heaters are placed on the wall or under the ceiling in a mounting bracket. Another option is to use screws (in-house) or on the supporting structure - you can freely design the shapes and dimensions of the supporting structures while complying with the strength requirements. The unit can be installed on the wall using a bracket at an angle of 0°, 30° or 60°.
Automatic control of hot water heaters
The heater can include an automation set (230V mains power supply), the options are:
- Panel COMFORT, 3-speed fan switch and room thermostat at the same time,
- Panel COMFORT can regulate up to 3 R series heaters or 6 HEATER CR ONE heaters
- two-way valve with servo drive – mounted at the outlet of the heater
- Panel INTELLIGENT – electronic control panel for speed control and BMS communication
- Panel INTELLIGENT panel can control up to 2 R series heaters and 4 HEATER CR ONE heaters
- Splitter MULTI 6 controls up to 6 HEATER heaters or 12 HEATER ONE from one Panel COMFORT or Panel INTELLIGENT
